Export Document Manager

We required Export Document Manager having 3 to 5 years experience in a pharma company. 
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Export (Pre-Shipment and Post- Shipment) Documentation
  • Covering – Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of origin, L.C. Documents, Excise Documents, B/L Instruction, Bill of Exchange, Shipment Advice, Letter to Bank etc.
  • Handling L/C transactions. 
  • Preparation of Bank Realization Certificate Maintaining Export Register
  • Coordinating with Plants, Customer & Follow-up with C.H.A, Shipping Co.
  • Organizing timely dispatch of documents
